Why isn't Counterwatch detecting my matches?
If Counterwatch isn't picking up your matches, try these steps in order:
- Close the game completely
- Close Counterwatch
- Restart Counterwatch, then start the game again
If that doesn't work:
- Restart the Overwolf app entirely
- As a last resort, restart your PC
After a game update, Counterwatch may temporarily be unable to connect to the game. A compatibility fix is usually ready within 24-72 hours. You'll see a banner in the app when this is the case.
If the issue persists, submit a Support Ticket below or ask on Discord.
