Troubleshooting & Support
My Discord status isn't showing
If Counterwatch is running and your Discord status still does not update:
- Turn on activity sharing in Discord. In Discord, open User Settings → Activity Privacy and turn on activity sharing (Share your detected activities with others). While that setting is off, Discord hides the status of every app, including this one, even though Counterwatch is connected to Discord. This is the first thing to check.
- Check you are not set to Invisible. Discord hides your activity from other people while your status is Invisible.
- Check the toggle in Counterwatch. Open Settings → Discord status and make sure the switch in the section header is on.
- Keep Counterwatch running while you play. The status is set while a supported game is running, and it clears when the game closes.
Counterwatch refreshes your status every few seconds, so it should appear shortly after you change any of the above. If it still does not show, send your logs (see How to get your Overwolf Logs?) and I'll take a look.
