What do the different sync icons mean?
Icons, explained:
| Icon | Status | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| Animated cloud | Syncing | Your data is being uploaded or downloaded |
| Green checkmark | Synced | All your data is backed up to the cloud |
| Yellow spinning | Retrying | A network error occurred; the app is trying again |
| Gray cloud | Paused | Sync is temporarily paused (during updates or session refresh) |
| Red icon | Error | Something went wrong, see the error message |
| Gray cloud | Disabled | Sync is not available |
| Cloud-off icon | Waiting | Sign in to enable cloud sync |
