For how long will my personal data be stored?
Personal data is kept for as long as it is needed to run the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type. Payment and accounting records, for example, are kept for about 7 years under Swedish bookkeeping law, while you can request deletion of your account data at any time. The Privacy Policy lists the periods per category.
To access or delete your data, use the Data requests page. You can also reach Support via Discord or by submitting a Support Ticket below.
