Counterwatch V2 Beta 16
This update introduces a complete in-app support system so you can get help without leaving the app. I've also reorganized the toolbar menus to be more intuitive, and added new ways to highlight important articles in your feed. A few developer mode fixes are included as well.
New Features
In-App Support System
- Create Support Tickets: Submit issues directly from the app with optional log uploads for faster troubleshooting
- Real-Time Chat: Message back and forth with support staff without leaving the app
- Notification Indicators: See when there's a response waiting for you
- Dedicated Help Page: The Help dropdown has been replaced with a full Help page for easier navigation
Featured & Priority Articles
- Featured Spotlight: Important articles now appear in a highlighted section at the top of your feed with an amber glow effect
- Priority Indicators: Urgent announcements display with red accents and badges so you don't miss them
- Smart Sorting: Articles within each day are now sorted by priority (urgent first, then high, normal, low)
- Click to Jump: Clicking a featured spotlight scrolls you to that article in the timeline
Improvements
Toolbar Reorganization
- Simplified Profile Switching: Profiles are now part of the Account dropdown, showing your current profile icon and name
- Better Menu Grouping: Legal links moved to Help, Admin Panel moved to Settings, subscription options grouped together in Account
